We bought a mattress and it started to sag in the middle, went through to warranty and they denied. We’ve had the mattress for like 6 months. Worst customer service and terrible mattress.

Lumpy pillow top After 6 years Wouldn’t warranty cause small Stain on tbe oppose end ! It’s a joke Do not buy !!
Mattress started to sag two years in. They acknowledge the sag but won't replace it as it needs another 1/8" inch to meet requirements. It has a 10-year warranty, and we are unable to use it.
