The $300+ duvet had 1 job: To hold feathers. It's been a nightmare. Feathers are EVERYWHERE! Feathers are coming out of the seams AND the seams are fully stiched (see photos). Feathers are all over my room!!!! And worse, clothes, washing machine, taking up all the space in the vacuum. Pockets are deflated. As a response to a clearly defective product, sleep country told me that it seems that I have "buyers remorse." That's so insulting for a clearly defective product.

We were super impressed with the service provided by store manager, Robert Gordon. He went above and beyond anything we could expect, going so far as to come to our home with his colleague (also Robert) to help us move our old bed to another room before our new bed and mattress were delivered. He then made a return trip to figure out how to move a box spring on a tricky staircase that had flummoxed the delivery people.
