I was very excited to find out that this Sleep Country had an attached Silk & Snow location. I was coming from an Endy bed and as a side sleeper it was absolutely KILLING my shoulders and hips. I was able to actually try the Silk & Snow and know what I was getting into. Look, if this were about price, it probably wouldn't be a 5 star review - the bed is expensive, but in the month that I've had it, I have been sleeping so well, so can we really put a price on that? The customer service I received at Sleep Country (Westboro location) was outstanding. Eli was very knowledgeable, presenting different options that suited my needs. He went above and beyond to accommodate me. I highly recommend the team here.
I had an excellent experience at Sleep Country Carling the other day. The associate, Kaden, was fantastic. My partner and I tried out various mattresses, and he was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He was very patient and professional, making our decision much easier. Walked in to the store today completely clueless about mattresses and what I was looking for and Kaden was incredibly helpful. Walked me through different types of mattresses and helped me narrow down the type of mattress that I wanted and I couldn't be happier with the purchase I made.
