i will never buy from them ever again,used and cheap furniture they sell,they say that it has warranty but if something breaks they will try to hide and beat around the bush they will tell you that someone will comeby to see the furniture and replace it but thats a lie,i have had it with them and now i will be buying from the brick where customers are well respected

The quality of the furniture is very bad. when I asked about the warranty, they kept telling me we are contacting the manufacture. It took them a month to contact the manufacture eventually they told me the warranty is expired. they promises to send a person from the manufacture to fix my sofa and loveseat on my expense. But they never did. When they delivered the furniture, the scratched the wall. I don’t recommend anybody to buy from them.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a bedroom set and here are just some of the things that went wrong: - Movers didn't show up when they were supposed to - When the movers showed up they didn't want to assemble the set even though the lady at the store promised that the shipping fee includes assembly. Had to call the store to argue to finally get them to assemble the bedroom set. They did a very rushed and lousy job. - The set was missing a dresser. Will never buy from them Again.......lady was good ....but movers were bad....did not listen and dumped the sofa in the room...came out one sofa was ripped when i put them in place...so they say nothing can be done.just like that....so i got stuck with the sofa.
