We had a very pleasant experience recently at Sleep Central. Needed a couple of new mattresses due to an emergency situation. They were great to work with, the pricing was great, and we were all setup before we knew it. Great experience!
I recently purchased a good deal of bedding at Sleep Central near Minocqua. I needed to add a new full size bed (frame, mattress and box spring) to a loft area for guests, and replace a queen size mattress in another guest bedroom. Kristen was outstanding!!! She is an absolute expert, when it comes to bedding! She listened to what my needs were (and were not), then made several excellent recommendations. Just the kind of customer service you dream.about. Kristen greeted us, listened to our needs, offered options in different price ranges, was not pushy, after deal was made she accomodated our schedule for delivery. Delivery guys were friendly. We purchased 2 queen mattresses and box springs.
