因為搬家需要換床墊，到店裡參觀時服務態度很好，沒有因為我們只是隨意轉轉就冷落我們，解說很有耐心很詳盡，不會刻意推銷，因為當時還沒實際看到並丈量家裡空間所以未決定是否訂購，但也沒有因為我們沒有訂購而改變服務態度。 訂購後送貨也相當準時，送貨的小哥也非常nice，在搬運上樓的過程中因為樓梯空間遇到一些麻煩但兩位送貨小哥都沒有不耐煩也及時給予建議並幫忙聯絡處理，隔天就讓我們可以順利使用到新床墊，目前已使用了一週，體驗非常舒適，是此次搬家購入的商品中最滿意的 如果下次自己或朋友有需要的話會強力推薦!!!
Just purchased an adjustable bed and mattress. Sales person (Yang) was very helpful and understood our needs. Delivery and setup was done very efficiently and neatly. I would highly recommend Sleemon.
