Took my bike for a check up, they said it was all set. Went on a mountain biking trip and nearly killed myself because the brakes were practically non-existent. Metal on metal. Not impressed with pricing at all.
I dropped my bike off for a spoke replacement and was told it'd be done by the end of the week. That Friday I got a call and was told it'd be done by the end of the day and so I walked that direction around 4, I got nearly there and got a call saying it needs a new rim. I said sure and got told it'd be another week. Well its been another two weeks so I call then and the say oh, by the end of tomorrow for sure. I say ok.
