I want to like this place and give a good review and they’ve honestly done a great job working on my bikes over the past few years but the last two bikes I’ve dropped off it seems like the story always changes. I understand things don’t go according to plan when fixing/tuning a bike but they assured me they’d have my bike done on Friday or first thing Monday and now its the end of the day and I call to have them tell me they haven’t even gotten it in the stand yet. Will helped me so much. I was hesitant to come in because my knowledge of biking is zero, but he got me everything I needed for a road bike I bought off Marketplace. He fixed it up, gave me great pointers, even taught me how to shift gears—and let me take a video. He got me set up with a new seat, clips and shoes, tri bars, a bike tune-up, and a proper fit for me. this guy is the real deal! Helped out so much.
I came in here with my brakes squeaking, handlebars crooked, headlight loose and this was near closing time and they took care of me amazingly. Everyone was so nice and made sure to do right by the customers. When I left the shop and my rear brake was squeaking and I came right back and they took care of that no hesitation or charge. If your bike needs repair this place is awesome and I can't recommend them enough for any bike needs!
