Do not do business with this owner. He has stolen my client's cell phone. My client worked on his pool at his home for close to a week and when it was time to pay for this work, not only did he refuse to pay, he also stole my client's phone. On top of all this, he purposely caused a scene that was loud enough for all his neighbor's to over hear in the hopes of accusing my client of starting trouble.
