I had a complex travel plan to HI and felt I needed a travel agent. Now after dealing with Ann at Slaydon s Travel, I think I will go back to using online travel sites. At least with a website, I am not expecting much in customer service. After giving Ann my information, she said she would call or email within a couple days. When I did not hear from her, I left a message with Jennifer on Monday so that Ann could call me to let me know how things were going.
