Never have I ever had such a disappointing and overall terrible customer service experience. The call center representative that I spoke with was rude, short and hostile in her communication and overall approach and mannerisms. Long gone are the days of customer service personnel that provide care, compassion and understanding. She was dismissive, did not provide any form of care or support and I left the call disappointed in the lack of professionalism they exhibited.
Have tried for over 6 months to have a Power of Attorney reviewed and approved for my daughter and can get no one to respond to an email, call me back, or direct me on how to address. Emails to the "legal" department they directed me to originally are returned. The top 10 in worst customer service experiences.
I never asked for a 401k, I never signed up for one. A company I worked for signed me up for one without my knowledge, by the time I knew about it it was too late. Upon my separation from that company, Slavic is making it so intensely difficult to retrieve my money in one of the hardest, lowest points of my life that honestly I just want to give up on it. I had a truly wonderful experience with Bradley Robertson from Slavic. He raised me in great detail last April, and when I needed to reach out again this January, he not only remembered me immediately and recalled my situation but once again went above and beyond to help. Both last year and this year, I found Bradley to be exceptionally responsive, honest, knowledgeable and friendly.
