We just on-boarded with Slavic through our Payroll processor PeoplEase, and so far the staff have been very helpful and attentive and we appreciate it very much, especially Amber, she is great.
I cannot express how much I am impressed with the issue I experienced & the thoughtful and thorough concern this company expressed to resolve my concern. I worked for a company this summer and maxed my contribution. when I left the company these people charged me $75 to transfer (mail) my funds to my main Edward Jones agent! Unbelievably high fees and I would never recommend this company to anyone. I called and asked to speak to someone about this and they said it doesn’t matter, that’s their fee. On a low amount they charged me nearly 20%!! This is robbery.
Changing my review. My initial experience was not ideal; however, they were immediately responsive to my frustrations and went to great lengths to get it taken care of and solve my issue. What was a 1-star and frustrating experience has become completely different, and I am quite satisfied with how Slavic handled things in a timely manner.
