Originally, I posted a review, expressing my discontent with fees that were taken out of the money that was owed to me. I was immediately contacted by Bradley, who was beyond understanding of the situation. I’m very impressed with his understanding and professionalism. He gave me my full amount of money and when my check didn’t arrive within a certain amount of time he sent it to me FedEx overnight. I just hopped off a 45 min phone call with Loreal, a customer service rep who patiently walked me through the process of rolling over my 401k funds to another provider. She was nothing but professional, polite and helpful from start to finish. I understand the $75 roll-over fee and verification steps frustrate some, but to me, it's just a part of the process. Couldn't be more pleased with the service I received today. Thank you, Loreal!
