Great information from a very nice gentleman who really seems to know his stuff.
My friend recommended me this firm, he was happy with the price and service. I was very disappointed. When I asked about the explanation of the statement I was yelled at over the phone. Even though, I did not need a mortgage (paid cash for my condo) the bill was more than any other lawyer charged me previously. More than $1 500 for closing. Unbelievable! Total disappointment for me and my friend who was trying to help!
Jim took the time going over all property buy/sell documentations, explaining everything and answered all the questions I had.
