I would not hire them again because they did not fulfill their promises. They held my money for a year until I couldn’t wait any longer and had to give up. They failed to do their job properly and even told me to find an LTD lawyer to communicate with the Canada Life myself. This company did the very basic minimum to cover themselves , to collect their 100k + in fees . No discussion of the case to the client . no building of a case, no reaching out about any potential problems or missing pieces of info . I got nothing from these lawyers about my case . This company basically screwed me . Never was i contacted by my lawyers to actually discuss the case . They told me about mediation , about what icbc roughly pays for pain and suffering , but never any specifics on what they would be going after for . They did the base min.
