I would not hire them again because they did not fulfill their promises. They held my money for nearly half year until I couldn’t wait any longer and had to give up. They failed to do their job properly and even told me to find an LTD lawyer to communicate with the Canada Life myself. As a result, the insurance company and lawyers ended up with over $300,000, while I was left with almost nothing. Their priority was how much they could earn, not actually doing the work. Jaime Sarophim is a phenomenal lawyer! She has been so professional and supportive over the 5 years dealing with my case, she always kept me in the loop and gave me so much reassurance. This company did the very basic minimum to cover themselves , to collect their 100k + in fees . No discussion of the case to the client . no building of a case, no reaching out about any potential problems or missing pieces of info . I got nothing from these lawyers about my case . They are suppose to be professionals , this company is suppose to have a great reputation . Well throw all that out the window. I Recommend going somewhere else or you too could learn the hard way .
