Wasted my time. Didn't respond to freedom of information request. Stated that they were not going to pursue my claim after dragging it on for over 12 months. They said I was free to use another firm, when I appointed a new solicitor they demanded money to release my file. I don't recommend this firm at all.
Contact me telling me I'm owed money, if I don't reply via email promptly the money will go to charity. Reply promptly only to be ignored over and over again, and the phone line does not work. Could you at least acknowledge the emails I am sending?
Nobody gets back in contact with you either on chat or via email and the phone number does not work.
Been on hold since midday (2.5hrs) they leave you for like 50 minutes and then cut the line
