Won the class action against scummy Westpac. Found a deposit in my bank account this evening, as promised. True to their word. I know nothing about the legalities it would have taken to win this case, but they obviously did, and against one of the big four banks! Well done and thank you for my refund. Was a great little surprise for a Friday evening.
