I would never recommend this firm. I was stuffed around for two years. I had to chase them up to get any information. In the end they dropped my case and I think they did that because I complained about the poor service. Honestly it might sound harsh, but I felt they didn't know what they were doing. Unprofessional, inexperienced and no compassion at all. Very disappointing service. Have been with them for nearly 9 years since my journey started, NO communication, NO response to my texts emails, never go with them again

At all times I was kept up to date with all pertinent matters regarding my case.
