Sitting outside with all of my furniture in 100 degree weather for my code not to work!!! I have called MULTIPLE times to see if they could give me a temporary code and no one seemed to know anything or was able to help!!! This is ridiculous!!!!!

That shade fell down two weeks ago and I met with on duty manager who said "they were doing some work next door which probably caused it to fall, we will get it put back up. Great service and clean space! The office manager Dee is a dream to work with, she is knowledgeable and professional. Should I ever need storage I will return.
