I was in dire need with my wife returning home to new counter tops and new sink. Only the sink wasn’t useable.I googled best plumbers in my area and “Charlotte plumbing master” popped up with a 5 star rating. I called bright and early. Tim answered the phone. Asked me what I needed done. I asked if they could send out someone today, he said yes. He gave me an appointment time. Diyan was very knowledgeable. The service guy dion was extremely nice and professional. He took his time and explained everything to me and was able to fix what I could afford. Although he doesn't set the price his company is expensive. Overall he did a great job.
