Loved the selection and customer service, would highly recommend. I was confused about the option to tip the sales associates at the end of the transaction. Do they not get a commission for their sales? First time I ever see tipping in a retail store. Would love to understand more about why this was implemented...
Carla and Kyle were super helpful and kind! They were digging pants out of the jean mountains for me, providing recommendations and guidance and opinions on how the pants fit. I walked out with a couple pair of new Ben Davis pants not marked up at all. Stoked. Thanks!
