Trying to settle my brother’s estate. Had an hour long meeting, that i felt could have lasted 10 minutes. He was explaining what an RRSP is, and other stuff that was not necessary. I know what a RRSP is. I know what a beneficiary is. I walked away not having learned a thing. He didnt even want to take as a client because he was “to busy”. So i assumed this time was not being billed. Big mistake. The bill came, $950.00. My mom left a voice mail, she never got her call returned. But yet, that was on the bill.
