Grateful for friendly Service Department assistance (thanks Tim!) to expedite a range repair before warranty expired.
Our refrigerator died unexpectedly. We had previously had a good experience when buying a stove here. Slager’s pricing was competitive and the customer service was great! She answered any questions I had about the different models and of course the one I settled on had a 5-10 day wait, however, knowing we were without a fridge she continued to look after we left and was able to locate our fridge and have it delivered within 2 days!
My experience with this store today was top notch!! I did deal with the store manager, very up front with every question I had. I feel like while not the cheapest store in town , they were by far better at customer service. ( after the deal was done all discount’s brought the cost to the same as the big box stores)
Best service and showroom.
I have a front load GE washer. The first sign I had of trouble is the washer would turn on, choose wash mode, hit start and after 5 seconds the washer turned off. This lasted for several hours on a Saturday then after a couple hours the washer worked fine. The next weekend we washed several loads on Friday night all went well.
