I posted a washer for sale on Facebook market place. Justin arrives, underbid $50, drops the washer down my stairs, breaks the washer, lies says he needed a different dolly, puts broken pieces in place to look ok, leaves my home and blocks me. Come get your $40 broken washer. The washer was in fine condition and I had other inquiries. Instead of being honest he lied, left it then BLOCKED me.

We have been without a washer for over a month. We have had multiple appointments with this company and have had to take off work multiple dates for them to fix our washer. The first time they came and told us a part was broken. We asked them to order the part. After a week, we called to check in on the part and they hadn’t ordered it yet.
