I received no help. I asked questions, some were answered and then I was left to walk around with no assistance. Thanks for nothong, I went to lowes and took care of my needs.

Excellent/helpful experience with Christina. Would have definitely been 5 stars had it not been for the terrible background noise over the phone. Need to get more directional mics for their headsets.
Nate was great!!! He diagnosed the problem right away, which was a fan inside my fridge and had the part with him! He explained the temperatures and asked if I had any questions. He was friendly and was very polite! I recommend he greatly!!!
