I called to ask if they would witness signing a document for me (for a cost of course). The woman on the phone refused, and also refused to even read the gov.uk page I offered to send explaining the document and why it has to be signed by a solicitor. I rarely encounter professionals who are so determinedly unhelpful, especially for a local business.
Edward is always very helpful and happy to see what he can do. He also loves a good chat and is very friendly.
