Best agent. Jeni made this an extremely easy deal. She always responded to any questions within a couple of minutes. She was more than willing to accommodate my crazy schedule and meet me at odd times. We can not thank Jeni enough for all of her help and professionalism with this purchase.
Bought an item through their auction house and had an issue. Tim's response was very lackluster, to say the least. Repeated follow up was met with ghosting and when I finally used another channel to contact them, the response their was less than competent. In the end, the resolution was better than expected,so that is good; just a shame it took so much effort to get there. Better customer service Tim; it goes a long way.
Jeni will get it done! When my husband and I tried to sell our vacant lot on our own - crickets. My friend Jeni proposed selling it for us and got the job done! She was a great negotiator and even better at communicating with everyone involved throughout the whole process. I would recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling!
