We recently booked with Skyway Charter to take our students to a conference in Georgetown, TX. We were absolutely satisfied and thankful for our experience! The bus was very clean and comfortable. Our bus driver Armando did an amazing job. He was easy to communicate with, timely with everything we requested and had such a pleasant attitude. We went through some tough weather on our way out of town and I felt very secure the entire time. We're excited to book with them again on future trips!
We have used Skyway Charters, LLC for our youth group for over five years, and the service has been outstanding every time. They safely transport us 1,500 miles round trip each year and are always on time, professional, and reliable. Gilberto Rodriguez and his father have built a great company, and their care for our students, volunteers, and parents truly sets them apart. We hired Skyway to take our guests to and from our wedding and we are so glad we did! They were easy to work with and well priced. I also liked that they have a bathroom on board since it was a 45 minute drive. The only downside was they did not have any way to connect music, so I’d recommend bringing a speaker if that’s important to you.
This company is horrible. The A/C didn’t work for an hour on a 16+ hour trip. Electric outlets and WiFi were promised and paid for, not delivered. On top of no A/C, no way to charge a phone, and no connectivity and a bathroom that the toilet seat wasn’t even secured, the drivers couldn’t speak English. It’s law the CDL drivers understand basic English, these drivers did not. You want to run a company that carries 50 souls with someone that can’t even understand the language of the land???? Despicable.
Ice cold A/C, comfortable seats, and a quiet, smooth ride. The drivers got us home timely and safely. Thank you Skyway!
