Got an awesome Christmas present from my parents they went and had great service buying a new Streaming Box and it works perfectly definitely recommend to friends and family to head to Sky Vu!!
We use SkyVu for our android box. While the actual box is not bad, when your subscription expires each month chances are high that it is not renewed by company (even though it is paid). You have to call and ask for them to turn service back on. And good luck getting a hold of them. If this happens on a Sunday or holiday you are S.O.L. If I am auto paying for my service to continue there should not be these interruptions. VERY FRUSTRATING
Horrible customer service. Auto pay monthly fee but box never works. I have been dealing with the same issue for months. They are impossible to contact to speak with someone and never return calls or messages. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS OR MONEY!!! Will be canceling my subscription with them ASAP! Complete waste of my time and money.
I have never had a problem with their customer service. The gentleman at the counter does everything he can to get things up and running.
