Worst place to get mani pedi. Save your time & money. I am wondering how they are even running their business with no etiquettes & skills. Each time I request something (to be gentle, or to go easy while plucking the nails) lady starts talking to her co workers in their language. Secondly, they don’t even know how to do 3D nail design. Kept saying “yes” & ended up using just the nail paint or offering me stickers. Also, made an excuse saying 3D design will bother you (I mean what???) I always come here for my manicure with shellac and pedicure, and every time the experience is amazing! They are always so welcoming, even when I walk in without an appointment, and I’ve never had any issues. I also bring my mom here for pedicures, and she loves it too! All the ladies are professional, friendly, and caring, and they always do such a great job. Today I came in last minute for my mom’s pedicure, and they went above and beyond. If I could get this place zero stars, I would. The place was beautiful, and my nail technician was nice, but my nails were crooked lopsided. They were so ugly looking. It was just frustrating because I had paid money. I asked for a square shape. They were not even square they were so fat and jagged and ugly looking and crooked.
