I had a really disappointing and uncomfortable experience here and would not recommend it. The hygiene was unacceptable. The towels were damp, oily, and honestly felt like they had been used on someone before me. The smell in the room was also really unpleasant. During the massage, I was asked what oil I wanted and chose coconut oil. After it had already been applied mid-treatment, I was then told there would be an extra $5 charge. Booked a relaxation massage and never been in so much pain! Asked the lady to press more gently and she did not listen, unable to work today due to the back pain following, $5 extra for home brand Cole’s coconut oil

Went and had a massage on my leg after having achilles surgery 20 months ago. Why did I wait so long... Haven't walked this freely since before the injury.

Got over charged for an “initial” rather than 45 min half body remedial that only had me laying on my front the whole time. I was charged $5 for coconut oil without knowing so when requesting my $5 back and no oil I was told “your insurance won’t work” which is false. The towels were dirty and when I requested a clean one I just got given another dirty towel. Massage was not remedial I ended up sorer leaving.
