Had 2 separate ladies attempt a massage worst massage I have ever experienced. I ended up walking out. Was very clear from the onset that they had no formal training or any training. You also get charged more for the same massage if you use your health fund.

100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. I got a foot massage here a few weeks ago, I kept having to tell the lady less pressure as she was going way too hard and specifically over my bones roughly. They do not understand English, they are severely over priced. Once finished the lady proceeded to rub her hands all the way up my thigh & try go in for a kiss. This was extremely alarming to say the least, but also a huge breach of safety and standard practices, breach of privacy. I had a really disappointing and uncomfortable experience here and would not recommend it. The hygiene was unacceptable. The towels were damp, oily, and honestly felt like they had been used on someone before me. The smell in the room was also really unpleasant. During the massage, I was asked what oil I wanted and chose coconut oil. After it had already been applied mid-treatment, I was then told there would be an extra $5 charge. Booked a relaxation massage and never been in so much pain! Asked the lady to press more gently and she did not listen, unable to work today due to the back pain following, $5 extra for home brand Cole’s coconut oil
