If I could give them zero stars I would!!! Terrible customer service. Javier and Jorge were extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone. They answered with an attitude, wouldn’t let the caller explain the reason for calling, and abruptly hung up. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect, whether they’re a customer or simply calling with a question. No call/no show today. Called about it. Apparently no driver came to work. And the driver that has replaced Luis (one of the best ones that left) told me no English and is watching tv on his phone when arriving/driving...
