I had ordered a duck from them and when I received it, it was wrong. I mentioned in a review I had received the wrong item and they immediately reached out to me to make it right. I have NEVER had a company reach out to me. It was such an amazing experience and the corrected the problem in such a fast & easy way. I will definitely purchase from this company again. Very pleasant, friendly and professional.
