First time going to her and I love her. Very knowledgeable, wasn’t being rushed and she answered any and all questions I asked. She even answered my questions I had about a service she offered but I wasn’t there to get that service.
Excellent Service/Customer Service! I found Skyn Deep Esthetics on Instagram and I could not be more pleased with the services and customer service that I received. I scheduled an appointment online and I had questions. Lex immediately reached out to me and answered all of my questions/concerns. HORRIBLE!!!! I was visiting Houston last weekend. Decided to get a message and facial, did a search for black owned spas in the area And this one popped up. Their website said they were available Sat 12/28 at 11:30am, which was perfect cause I had another appointment at 3pm. That Saturday about 2 hours before my appointment I get an automated text stating someone changed my appointment to 2:30pm.
