I buy here frequently. The staff are always so friendly. Today I purchased a large order and found an item missing when i got home. I called and spoke to Max who took full accountability for being the one to pack the bag, who offered his apologies, and we agreed on my receiving the item free with my next purchased. Human errors happen, and I was very pleased with the experience and remedy 🙂 10/10 will keep coming here
