They are completely irresponsible. They only care about themselves and don’t care about other people at all. All they want is to push their product onto you and get rid of you as quickly as possible. That’s the kind of people they are. So my advice is to be very careful when dealing with them.
All in all, not the worst truck builder. Lots of turnover here, so we dealt with 3 (THREE!) sales guys who were our liaison to the actual builders. The truck title/tags coordinator was just ok, so have a backup plan to get your truck home legally. That was a little surprising given this was their only job. The truck has needed repairs in just a few short months since we had it brought back. The 3-star rating is mostly for the lack of communication, follow up regarding the repairs.
