The service is bad . We ordered taxi a few days before for spacial hour they called us, confirmed and were still 25 minutes late and when we called them back to pick us up we had to wait 1 hour while we called them they told us 20 minutes and then they said we were there and you weren't, although we were here monitoring them for the whole hour and their taxi wasn't there. Very bad service this is not the first time with us when they are 1 hour late for calls.P.S some of the drivers holding the phones valid them driving.

Recommend Skyline Transit any day over Uber! 3 different drivers in the last 2 weeks and all 3 were very good at their job! But problem with website online booking still persists, since I started using Skyline 2 weeks ago. I booked my appointment online and enter credit card, which then charges my TD visa, but then a website error occurs and somehow the transaction does not show up on the Skyline merchant side, but does show a charge on my TD credit card account.
