I am beyond angry at the service we have received. 'Friendly' doesn't excuse ineptitude and just plain poor service. We have used this service approx 5 times as it started off good. It then declined. We understand that sometimes things happen but this is beyond that. The driver was extremely late 3 times - over an hour. Our father uses this service in order to get to critical appointments, and to be kept waiting long past the start time of his appointment is inexcusable. I feel I need to share my disappointment with Skyline! We use this service for an elderly wheelchair bound member of our family with cognitive disabilities for transport. Though our first experience was positive it quickly declined. On 3 occasions they left our wheelchair bound parent waiting for more than an hour for the transport to show up. First experience with them and it was outstanding. They helped moved the client in wheel chair from the house in their van in heavy snow and vice versa. And out of several companies that said no they don’t have a van available bc of the thick heavy snow and traffic, , skyline was the one that said yes. They even waited a bit to drive us back instead of having to call the company back again for a ride. Very great service.

Skyline Transit company providing service with Nice New Accessible Vans that have Ramp and Spacious for disability people. Especially, the drivers and service is flexible and sympathy when I would like to change the time for my return trip. Thank You Rav and I would like to recommend this skyline transit company to everyone in Winnipeg city.

Skyline Transot is literally the best accessible company out there. The owners and staff are super friendly, always smiling and willing to help you if and when you need it. They treat you with the utmost respect and are always there to get you where you need to be on time and always there to pick you up when they say they will be.
