great staff and bank.
The employees go above and beyond to help customers! This is truly the small-town, personable bank that barely exists any more.
I have always received excellent service from the staff—professional, courteous, and pleasant. Their customer support truly stands out. However, I’m deducting a star due to the outdated online banking experience, especially the app, which needs significant improvements.
All the staff here is wonderful. Very helpful when I have questions. All the girls on the teller line and office go above and beyond what is required.
