The Skyline Branch is Fairlawn is fantastic. Charlene and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to be helpful. Skyline has recently updated their online banking, including facial recognition for logging on, and it is very user friendly.
I have always received excellent service from the staff—the customer service is consistently professional and helpful. However, the mobile app is outdated and requires major improvements to meet current industry standards.
