Super disappointed in the service I received. Furniture was poorly wrapped or left unwrapped, pieces they said they would disassemble they did not, and dozens of items arrive with new rub/vibration damage. The receiving company at my destination said they had never seen worse packing (granted some of this repack would be the intermediate driver, but most of the laziness occurred at load time).
Vinny, Tony and Zach were awesome. They were very careful with all my worldly possessions. They were careful, respectful and efficient. I’d hire them again any time!
I had Vinny as my delivery guy. was very respectful and treating my belongings with respect also. Took time to explain all the paperwork and information after he unloaded my belongings.
