Assad was our driver who saved us from a desperate night in Toronto. Due to a storm in Toronto our flight was diverted to Hamilton. He spent hours driving us to Toronto and looking for a hotel room. Very late at night. After several hours we found a room and Assam kindly, patiently and happily helped us every step of the way. Very nice gentleman.
