My experience was not great. Michelle is extremely short and does not take the time to explain to first time buyers. Completely seemed like she didn’t want to work with me and my wife. When buying a home especially for the first time, you are looking for someone patient and willing to answer all your questions even if they already answered them. Tony and Nikki were amazing!!! This team was very helpful, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly professional. They guided us every step of the way throughout our loan process.
