I highly recommend avoiding this company due to their poorly made furniture and terrible customer service. My experience with Jennifer ( customer service representative) was disappointing, and the manager ( Nicole) was unavailable because she was "working" remotely, leaving me without any support. She didn't even offer to call me back once she returned to the office. I found the quality of their products to be lacking—I'd trust IKEA furniture more. Brand new in box chair was missing hardware. They are too cheap to send replacements, and instruction don't specify bolt size and thread. So now I have to play trial and error at the hardware store to purchase something they should be providing.
The is hands down the worst company to use. They are unresponsive and have told me they cater to bigger businesses FIRST like WAYFAIR and then everyone else afterward. The customer service team had lied on multiple occasions and has a pregnant woman waiting for mear parts to set up her bed for over a month, I am disgusted. This company is TRASH. BEWARE!
I ordered an item from this company through the Wayfair website. I ordered a bed headboard on Nov 5th, 2020 and the estimated shipping time was 3 weeks max. The item was said to be in stock at the Skyline's warehouse... After endless amounts of delays which Wayfair said was due to the Skyline Furniture Mfg. manufacturers I finally received my item 2 months later.
