Excellent credit union!
Walking into this credit union was one of the most degrading experiences I’ve ever had. I was brushed off and dismissed as if I wasn’t worth their time. I left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and unwelcome. The treatment felt discriminatory and unprofessional, and I would never recommend this place to anyone who expects fairness, respect, and basic human decency.
I had one of the most degrading and disappointing experiences at this credit union. When I went in to apply, the staff member completely dismissed me. Instead of offering help, he literally shooed me away and said, “ugh, you should probably just apply online and we’ll get to you.” I left feeling disrespected, humiliated, and singled out.
