Horrible service be careful coming here I went to get my screen replaced payed $200 only for my screen to be completely frozen and laggy. Went back to him within 5 minutes and he told me I was lying refused to fix it. Told him to take it off and return my money. Be careful coming here go to the other phone repair shop in casula mall they are much better.
Amazing Service – So Helpful and Patient! The men in this shop were incredibly helpful. Steven spent over 30 minutes patiently explaining to me how my phone got a virus and what needed to be done. As an older woman, I often struggle to find someone willing to take the time to help—but luckily, Steven was there. He not only made sure I understood everything, but he also fixed my phone within 2 hours. I’m so grateful for his kindness and honesty. He truly saved my phone and saved my day. Highly recommend this shop!
came here today, the man i think his name is Steven on the receipt done the job very well save my phone :) i fixed back glass 2nd here, so this time quicker and cheaper
bought the phone from this shop 2 weeks ago, but my daughter used it and got virus. the male staff with the glasses explained but i couldnt understand any lucky Steven was here.. understandable and professional skills helped me exchange the phone without addiciton fee Steven is amazing staff. hightly recommend
