Amazing Service – So Helpful and Patient! The men in this shop were incredibly helpful. Steven spent over 30 minutes patiently explaining to me how my phone got a virus and what needed to be done. As an older woman, I often struggle to find someone willing to take the time to help—but luckily, Steven was there. He not only made sure I understood everything, but he also fixed my phone within 2 hours. I’m so grateful for his kindness and honesty. He truly saved my phone and saved my day. Highly recommend this shop!

bought the phone from this shop 2 weeks ago, but my daughter used it and got virus. the male staff with the glasses explained but i couldnt understand any lucky Steven was here.. understandable and professional skills helped me exchange the phone without addiciton fee Steven is amazing staff. hightly recommend
Brought my smashed phone in, thought it couldn’t be fixed, they did the job in less than 30 minutes for a cheap price with new screen protector included for free. Highly recommend!
I had my iPhone 11 Pro screen repaired here 3 months ago for around $110. Two weeks ago, the screen randomly popped out, likely due to poor gluing or missing screws, which tore the internal wire and shut off the display. I explained this to the staff, but they were dismissive and said I’d need to pay another $100 to repair it again, offering just $20 off out of pity.
