HORRIBLE HOA: This community is not bad is a nice area and neighborhood but the problem is HOA , they are incredibly entitled and make illegal threats on things they can’t even do because my house is not their property. The neighbors that are part of HOA constantly bug you about everything and anything . My house is well kept , grass is cut everything is good yet they still find something to bug about. Rates are reasonable and no one gives you a hard time about anything. Neighbors are very friendly.
This community is awesome. They have the best residents that truly give you a feeling like moving there! The community as a whole decorate for Halloween and Christmas amazingly! My kids love going here to trick or treat and we are definitely going to check out Skylake in our next home search.
