I’ve been a member for 20+ years since they were Premier Federal & they have been the absolute worst to deal with since converting to Skyla. Anytime you have an issue, the branch can’t help and must go through corporate who then do not answer or give you the run around. Do not recommend banking with them.
well we do civic thru them paperwork a little drawn out but at least we can bank in our county

The bank tellers are super friendly all the staff really cares about their customers and how far they can reach them to give them a better experience at Skyla Credit Union
My Credit Union, Civic, has recently partnered with Skyla to allow deposits and withdrawals through Skyla branches as Civic has very few and all located more than an hour from Forest City. Twice we have gone through the rather complicated process of trying to withdraw funds. Both times, Skyla staff member Didi Ksiazak was extremely helpful and patient in helping us.
