Terrible customer service I went to the Central Ave branch to ask some questions about car loans and maybe even apply. I was called into Jeherra’s office and honestly I wish I had just waited for someone else. I have been to this branch numerous times and everyone else has been awesome. Ian, Anne, and a few others have always been super helpful and great to work with. With Jeherra? Not so much. She came off aggressive, condescending, and honestly just unpleasant to deal with.
