Love living in this place everyday. Many friends say to us: why would you pay rent and this is my answer..... From mowing, shoveling (4' of snow while we watch TV :), changing filters every 3 months, changing light bulbs, washing the outside of each and every Unit once a year, spraying the yard so it's beautiful, sealing the black top, and after calling them to tell them that there were bumps in the carpet....they hired someone to stretch the carpets so that we don't fall (their cost....not ours). I with a friend when to visit some friends who live in Skye View Heights . The units are very roomy and layed out very well outside was very nice and had parking .
