Friendly staff esp at 4am!. Good price . Prompt service. Clean safe and well run. Easy to use the online portals to buy the ticket.
Beware when using Google maps to plan trips - doesn't seem to match SkyBus schedule with more frequent services than actual... suppose that's stupid AI for you. Also beware the bus bay for rides back to airport is on the opposite side of Spencer St access, requiring a rather circuitous walking route from the North - they also won't hold the bus despite seeing you approach.
Easy, convenient and affordable way to travel between Melbourne city and airport. Great that it runs for long periods (4am to 11pm) and frequently (every 15 minutes, 30 mins before 6am). Very happy with the service. Would definitely use again.
