Great trampoline. Directions were good (make sure you use the tool to pull cords), but there were 2 missing pieces for the net. As soon as I called customer support, they called right back and shipped the additional pieces right away. My kids have been jumping every day and we love it so far!
Feb 26 update: about a week ago, the company rep let me know the trampoline had shipped, and I have now received it. Have not put it together yet but wanted to provide an update and change the review. Thank you Stefanie! Original review: Ordered and paid for their flagship trampoline in November 2024. Did not hear a peep. Contact them myself 2 weeks later. Told that they sold out on that model, offered a downgrade to lower end trampoline, wait or money back. Opted to wait. Had great customer service. S helped me. She was very responsive and helpful.
Ordered and paid for their flagship trampoline in November 2024. Did not hear a peep. Contact them myself 2 weeks later. Told that they sold out on that model, offered a downgrade to lower end trampoline, wait or money back. Opted to wait. Have since been promised trampoline be sent out end of January.
