What a joke to read that safety is their first concern at this place. It's one accident away from a lawsuit. Process for checking in is a pain because they think everyone has a smart phone or knows how to work their computer. Grandparents avoid this place. Parents, why do you do this to yourselves?
Absolute worst place. They scam you out of your money. Don't ever think you're buying only a month membership because they will charge you every month. Even when you explicitly confirm this is only for 30 days worth of jump time. And don't bother talking to Frank, he only gives excuses and attitude.
