Was late getting into our room. Didn't get our food on time. Had to keep asking for things. Didnt really have a host. Employees kept coming in to go to there storage room. Couldn't check in through the party check in had to stand in the regular line which was very long. They overcharged me. There was a lot of parties that day and it seemed very disorganized.
They had a couple of attractions closed most of the time we were there. Not enough staff to control and maintain children that weren't following the rules. Other than that it was a great experience!
The place is lovely and so much for kids to do. I have been through a tragic event and Ramm was just wonderful. Everyone there was so kind and considerate. But they were that way with everyone. It was so nice. We'll definitely go again. 🤠

We went on a day that school was out and it was so over crowded. There were fist fights I saw between kids playing on the basketball court and there was NO staff around anywhere to break them up. It was a free for all so beware if you aren't watching your kids.
