Been going downhill steadily since we started coming about six years ago. Anything inflatable is regularly flat, the super tramps are just regular tramps now, the dodgeballs are just hard kickballs, and the hand sanitizer dispensers are pretty much always empty. All the recent reviews mention specific staff members that make the experience great and I'm sure they're nice, but they don't do much beyond smiling, it would seem.
