The kids had a lot of fun.
The world needs more people like Fernanda in it,,, I don't review much but my experience with her was a 10 star,,, that's rare at any place of business,, my niece and I are getting a membership here,, other places are closer to me but I will drive the distance for the experience she gave us!!!
Kind of dirty but overall good. They have a lot of party sections... Maybe a little too many. It was nice when there were comfortable sitting places for parents. When we went there were no parties in the open sections and they already had plates, napkins and cups setup. I personally wouldn't want utensils I plan to eat and drink off of just sitting out for days or even hours before I used them. Not exactly sanitary. However, Kids had fun and it wore them out, so mission accomplished in that department.
I was SHOCKED to find that the paperwork you sign prior to jumping PREVENT you from being able to sue even if they are at fault.
Managment is awful. Place has gone downhill very quickly after Skyzone took over.
