Horrible customer service, I owned a smoke shop before and I know how high the profit margins are. Losing a customer over a mess up by your employee is hilarious. I asked for an Off-Stamp pod, got it paid for it. I take it out in the shop to connect to my battery and it doesn’t fit. He then says oh the pod I have is the newer version so the one I just paid for won’t fit… I ask for a switch on the product to the correct one he says no it’s company policy (what a joke). I ignore that and ask to buy a battery for the OLD flavor... read more
My local vape shop and they always have everything I need. Paying with cash is usually cheaper.
Shop says open at 9am… waited untill 9:08 no one showed. My first time to shop… and will never waste my time trying to come here again. Got to shop 10 mins before opening and waited… terrible feeling as new customer … went to Qt instead Atleast they open
