I’ve been with Sky Tax Partners for 2 years and very pleased with their services. I have over 18 years in the tax preparation business and this has been the best company I have worked with. I am a tax preparer and purchased the non EFIN software this year to work independently from home. I must say they will never have my business again and have motivated me to file for my EFIN and purchase my own software. The customer service and support line is horrible. And the pay system is very unorganized. Due to the dead line for income tax filing being extended I have continued to file taxes past April 15th and every week when it’s time to get paid I have issues with receiving my payments.
