On April 15, I reached out to Sky Max Transport to learn more about their services. My goal was to offer a contract to transport our patients. The person that answered the phone did not mention the company name, nor would she confirm if I had reached the right number. When I asked whether I had reached Sky Max Transport, she replied, "it depends upon what you want". This encounter was enough for me to determine I would NEVER direct our patients to this provider. BEWARE!!
