Skyla was thorough during the intake process and very caring of your concerns. She helped me target my problematic areas and with a mix of deep tissue and relaxation massage helped alleviate my pain. She gave me stretches to work on afterwards to strengthen the area, and followed up with an email checking in after my appointment. It felt amazing to finally find a massage therapist interested in helping repair and strengthen my body rather than just relax my muscles. Highly recommend Skyla!

Skyla offers the perfect balance of therapeutic relaxing and deep tissue massage! I booked in with her and was welcomed in to an incredibly relaxing and clean space. My experience with Skyla was great - she took the time to evaluate me and give a treatment plan based on my pain. She’s easy to talk to, upbeat and met me with really good and calming energy when I needed it!
